2. Adult customers and responsible use
Products are intended for adults aged 18 years and older. Customers are responsible for selecting products appropriate to their needs and for following the manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and care guidance.
3. Product information, availability and pricing
Prices are displayed in South African Rand unless stated otherwise. Product descriptions, availability, specifications and promotional pricing may change. Material, compatibility, safety and warranty statements are based on the information reasonably available to us and should be read together with manufacturer documentation.
4. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when payment has been confirmed where required and the order is accepted for fulfilment. Payments are processed by the enabled third-party payment provider. Dear Intimacy does not intentionally store full payment-card numbers.
5. Delivery
Available delivery methods and charges are displayed during checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. See our Shipping & Delivery page.
6. Returns and consumer rights
Returns are handled in accordance with applicable South African consumer law. Hygiene-sensitive goods may have change-of-mind restrictions after opening or use, but this does not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming goods. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
7. Promotions
Where a promotion has specific expiry dates, stock limits, exclusions or qualification rules, those conditions form part of the promotion. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.
8. Website and intellectual property
Dear Intimacy branding, original editorial material, design elements and other protected content may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission, subject to rights available under applicable law.
9. General information and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Product and Journal information is general in nature and should not be treated as professional healthcare advice.
10. Governing law and contact
South African law applies. Please raise customer-service or order disputes first with support@dearintimacy.co.za so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
