Orders are packed in plain outer packaging without explicit product imagery. Courier labels contain the information required for delivery and normal operational or legal requirements.
Delivery coverage and charges
Delivery options are offered for South African addresses where courier service is available. The delivery method, charge and any applicable free-delivery threshold are displayed at checkout before you place the order.
Dispatch and tracking
When an order has been prepared and handed to the courier, we update the order status and provide tracking information where the courier supports it. Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Delivery address
Please provide a complete and accurate address and a reachable contact number. Additional costs caused by an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery or an uncollected parcel may be charged where lawful and reasonable.
Delays, damage or missing parcels
If a parcel is materially delayed, damaged in transit or appears lost, contact support@dearintimacy.co.za with your order number. We may need to complete a courier investigation before a replacement or refund can be finalised.
