Straightforward answers, without awkwardness. If you need help with an order or product, contact support@dearintimacy.co.za.
Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. Dear Intimacy is designed around plain, discreet outer packaging. Courier labels will contain only the information necessary to deliver and process the parcel.
What will appear on my bank statement?
The final statement descriptor depends on the approved payment provider and acquiring bank. We do not intentionally use explicit product names in payment descriptions. The exact descriptor will be confirmed before live payment processing is enabled.
Do you deliver throughout South Africa?
We intend to serve addresses throughout South Africa where our courier partners provide service. The delivery options and charges available for a specific address are shown during checkout.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes, where courier tracking is available. Once your parcel is dispatched, your order communication can include a tracking number and link.
Can I check out without creating an account?
Where guest checkout is enabled, yes. You may still choose to create an account for easier order history and future checkout.
Can intimate products be returned?
Change-of-mind returns for hygiene-sensitive products may be restricted once a seal has been broken or the item has been opened or used. This does not remove rights relating to defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or non-conforming goods. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy.
How should I clean or care for a product?
Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions supplied with the product. Product materials differ, so cleaning methods and lubricant compatibility can differ too.
Are the Journal articles medical advice?
No. Journal and product-education content is provided for general educational purposes and is not medical, psychological, diagnostic or therapeutic advice.
How do I contact customer care?
